SANCHOKU PURE WAGYU · Ribeye / cube-roll cut facesREAL CUT PHOTOGRAPH
SANCHOKU PURE WAGYU · Cut reference; your selected grade is an enquiry preference, not this photo’s specification.

Ribeye

Rich, rounded and generous. A classic choice when you enjoy fat as part of the steak.

What matters when buying this whole cut?

Ask for an end-face photo and your preferred fat trim before dividing a whole roll.

Find the central eye, the outer cap and the fat seams between them. Their proportions change along the roll.

Preparing your preview…

Your choices remain available. The photograph above is still here.

Drag to rotate, or use the view buttons. Cutting follows your selected preparation.

The first three portions are shown; the remaining piece stays whole for a clear view.

Thickness guide only: this model does not reproduce a selected breed, grade or actual piece.

03 / Origin & grade

Start at the premium end, then compare what is worth the difference to you.

How to read these grades

M / MB ranges here are buying preferences and commercial label ranges. AUS-MEAT scores run from 0 to 9; 9+ and SB labels retain their brand meanings. A minimum such as MB5+ is not an exact score or the same as SB5. Angus and Wagyu use the same AUS-MEAT scale when assessed under it, but brands sell different specifications.

30 mm

A practical pan-steak starting point. Match the cut to your pan and appetite.

For illustration: a 300 mm piece makes 10 full slices at 30 mm. Tapered ends vary; actual yield and weight are confirmed from the piece.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

A few things worth asking.

Do I buy a whole cut or individual steaks?

We sell by the whole cut. Choose your preferred slicing thickness, then confirm the actual piece, weight, trimming, packing and total quote with us. The 3D preview is a cutting guide, not a promise of slice weight or yield.

How do I check delivery and the final price?

Start with the destination city and your preferred date. Ask for product cost, packaging, delivery charges and any conditions in one quote before paying. Current availability is confirmed in conversation.

Are the photographs of the batch I will receive?

Product images are real archive samples. Some records include different batches. We keep these distinctions visible and recommend requesting the current-batch photos and labels for your actual order.
